Terms & Conditions - Last Updated May 15th, 2022

1. The Photographer/Videographer will use their best judgment on what angles of a room to photograph unless specified by the Realtor. Returns to photograph different angles will be an additional charge.

2.  The Listing is to be pre-staged with all the lights on when the Photographer/Videographer arrives. All in One Productions Incorporated is not responsible for anything that may appear in the Photographs or Video unless instructed to avoid.

3. The Client will need to provide All in One Productions a link via email to the "Full Public" version of the MLS listing if they wish for it to be on the feature sheet. Feature Sheets will take 24 hours to print after final proof read and permission to print is granted. Permission to print must be given Thursday night to have the Feature sheet available for the weekend (Wednesday night if Friday is a holiday).

4. The Client is required to proof read the Feature Sheet and give permission to print via email. All in One Productions in not liable for any errors after the permission to print was given.

5. The Photographer/Videographer is not required to move items/furniture around the listing. Waiting lengthy periods of time for items to be moved may result in additional charges. 

6. The Client may request as many changes they want to the finished photos, video or feature sheet in a single email. Any additional emails requesting changes after the initial email will result in a $25.00 charge per email, per service.

7. To keep service prices down, All in One Productions will put their logo at the end of every video. This cannot be removed by the client. Videos can be unbranded for an additional $50.00 (Real Estate Videos Only).

8. For any listings that are cancelled within 1 hour of the listing appointment. The Client will be charged a $75 On Site Cancellation charge per-service.

9. For any listings that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the listing appointment. The client will be charged a single $50 cancellation charge. The Fee will be waived if the appointment is rescheduled. If the Cancellation is less than 1 hour, refer to section 8.

10. In the situation where the Photographer, Videographer or Floor Plan Tech have to return to the listing, The Client will be charged a $75 return to listing charge.
